The pool area had great seating options for relaxation. However, the elevator was out of service during our entire stay.

Breakfast was plentiful, with a choice of hearty options and self-serve fruits. The cleanliness was impressive. they provided fresh towels daily. However, the room lacked basic furnishings like a table, chairs, and an ironing board. The noise from the bar and restaurant was disruptive in the evening. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it could address a few areas for improvement.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, the breakfast provided was sufficient and tasty, making for a pleasant start to our days, and the hotel also features a lovely outdoor dining area and a refreshing plunge pool.

I felt extremely anxious when, hours before my check-in, the hotel informed me that they had no room for the first night despite my reservation. Furthermore, the cleanliness was also an issue. my bathroom basin was perpetually clogged, making my stay less than relaxing.

the common areas are kept very clean throughout the day. the swimming pool was cloudy once.

The hotel offers stunning views of the Caribbean sea, which made my mornings truly special. However, the noise from the nearby bodega was unbearable at times, disrupting my sleep with loud music late into the night. I appreciated the air conditioning and clean bedroom, but some aspects need improvement, like providing clearer information about room types.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The food, especially the 'Reina Cartagenera,' was delightful, and the cleanliness was impressive. However, the elevator being out of service was a bummer. I'd definitely come back!

The view from my Standard Double Room was stunning, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. The facilities were great, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
